These Terms govern your use of the Unpromptable Assets website. They do not replace any separate written agreement for paid consulting, implementation, development, support, or AI-system work.

Using this website

You may browse this site for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volume, submit malicious code, impersonate someone else, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.

Information only

Site content is provided for general business and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Examples, articles, service descriptions, case studies, diagnostics, and AI-related commentary are not guarantees that the same results will happen for your business.

Inquiries and paid services

Submitting a form, sending an email, taking a diagnostic, or booking a call does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, partnership, NDA, or obligation for either side to work together.

Paid services require a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice, or similar document accepted by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed or accepted service agreement controls for that project.

AI systems and output

AI systems can produce errors, omissions, biased outputs, outdated information, non-unique outputs, or unexpected behavior. Human review remains important, especially before relying on outputs in client delivery, public claims, regulated decisions, or business-critical workflows.

We design for usefulness, reliability, and clear handoff, but no AI, automation, or integration is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible with third-party platforms.

Your submissions

If you submit information through the site, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through public forms. Initial inquiries should contain enough context to scope fit, not production secrets or private client data.

You give us permission to use submitted information to respond, assess fit, prepare a proposal, and manage the inquiry.

Intellectual property

The site, copy, design, graphics, code structure, service descriptions, and brand materials belong to Unpromptable Assets or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, resell, publish, or use site materials as your own. Sharing short excerpts with attribution and a link is allowed.

Ownership of client inputs, deliverables, reusable methods, pre-existing materials, templates, prompts, automations, code, and third-party components should be defined in the separate written agreement for each project.

Proof, case studies, and testimonials

We aim to use truthful, permissioned, and context-aware proof. Some examples may be anonymized, representative, or illustrative, and should be read in that context.

We will not publish client-identifying case studies, names, logos, testimonials, screenshots, private data, or confidential project details without permission or another clear right to do so.

Results shown on the site are examples, not promises of typical or guaranteed outcomes.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party websites, tools, diagnostics, schedulers, analytics, email providers, AI providers, hosting platforms, and client-owned systems.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, pricing, limits, or changes. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or forms for spam, unlawful activity, scraping, security probing, malware, impersonation, IP infringement, privacy violations, abusive submissions, or attempts to disrupt the site.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Nothing on this site promises a specific revenue result, cost saving, ranking, conversion rate, operational outcome, compliance outcome, or AI-system performance level.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unpromptable Assets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reliance damages, or loss of goodwill arising from use of this site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some limits may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, unlawful submissions, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Unpromptable Assets is organized or primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Project agreements may specify different venue, dispute, payment, confidentiality, data, IP, support, or governing-law terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means acceptance where enforceable.
